Payment
Face-to-face session
Payment by check, cash or PayPal, but not credit card.
Distance session
Payment by major credit card through PayPal.
Clients are expected to pay for services in advance.
Insurance reimbursement
Clients are expected to pay for services at the close of each session.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have career counseling/Hypnotherapy benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Monthly statement will be provided to clients for submission to clients’ insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancelation
Clients are expected to give at least 24 hours notice for any appointment canceled or rescheduled. In the event clients miss a session without such notification, you will be required to pay a fee for the treatment time booked.
