Do you wonder why some people act differently?
The way they socialize, the way they take information, the way they make decisions, and the way they approach deadlines seems hard to understand, thus it causes frustration.
You can’t get rid of them. You can’t force them to change. You have to deal with it.
How do you collaborate with those different types of folk?
Do you have to learn to live with it, or try hard to figure it out?
The MBTI®, instrument reflects a person’s preferred ways of directing their attention and energy (Extraversion or Introversion), taking information (Sensing or Intuition), decision making (Thinking or Feeling), and managing their time (Judging or Perceiving).
Those preferences are then combined to form one of sixteen personality types.
Ikuko will help you understand the meaning of the results and how to benefit from the information. You can make an appointment with Ikuko for taking MBTI or if you had taken MBTI before but don’t feel like you gained much insight, bring the result with you to Ikuko.
